Good to hear from you Betty! Micah Pharris has also contacted me and is a great-great-granddaughter of Doc Scurlock. I would love to have a copy of your genealogy chart going back to 1620!! One of my daugher-in-laws, Amy Snider Scurlock, has done a lot of research and she has the records. Her mom recently passed away and she has been sick, but I will check with her and get back with you.

What really grabbed my interest is the possibility that someone) involved here is a relative. I am one of the great-granddaughters of Doc Scurlock. I was born in Miles, TX and grew up in San Angelo and San Antonio. I am the granddaughter of Joseph Scurlock and the daughter of Rupert Warren Scurlock. I moved to California in 1963 and have resided here since.
A friend of mine recently completed a genealogy chart on the Scurlock side of my family that goes back to 1620. I am sure you are in there somewhere. Would love to hear from you and find out our family connection. I am not on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
