Activities on the Farm
Scurlock Farms is a working farm, and some of our farm activities are seasonal and based on need. Here’s a list of ideas to get you started!

Nearby
Off the farm there is plenty else to do. Hike and bike surrounding trails. Fish lake Georgetown. Visit our local nurseries featuring flowers and organic herbs. Take a picnic to Blue Hole lagoon just off the city square in Georgetown. Tour the area vineyards.
In the area for a wedding or a weekend? Use our cottage as your base and invite friends back for a cocktail on the patio.
Numerous excellent camping, hiking, fishing and water related activities can be found at Cedar Breaks, Jim Hogg and Russell parks, all located around Lake Georgetown. Southwestern University is just a 10 minute drive away. We are within 15 minutes of many golf courses, among them Teravista, Blackhawk and Sun City. It’s a short drive to the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall, including IKEA, and to Del Webb’s Sun City.
