A couple of our chickens were having a good time digging in the dirt and relaxing in the hole!
Guests have loved playing with the baby goats and the goats hang out and play in this area every day.
The river is flowing nicely. Guests at Scurlock Farms loved tubing from Mankin’s Crossing to the farm this past weekend.
Bring your family for a stay at Scurlock Farms. They can gather the eggs, feed the chickens, “drive” a tractor, and help with other things on the farm.
This young guest wanted to experience everything she could while visiting the farm. She did a good job operating the dump trailer.
When Dan got to Indian Bluff, this hen appeared from the back floor. He raised the windows and turned on the air conditioner for her. When he got back to the truck, she had locked the door! He called me to bring a spare key.
Jackass Honey Farms took away a hive of honeybees after Sheron and Dan were stung 3 times while attempting to work in the nearby garden.

Came down at 9 am to burn piles of dead limbs in 20 acre pecan orchard. A huge flock of Starlings flew into the freshly mown orchard. Love hearing their cheery chatter as they flirted around!
